Ron Stone is the Chief Financial Officer at Kno2. He oversees the capital structure of the company, leads the economic strategy and forecasting, and is responsible for presenting and reporting accurate and timely historical financial information of the company to officers, board members and investors.
Ron brings nearly 20 years of financial statement management, capital management, financial, accounting and operational expertise to Kno2. He is recognized for his talents in capital advisory, corporate financial management, bankruptcy and restructuring consulting, healthcare industry consulting, and real estate acquisition underwriting. Ron’s financial experiences have taken him from the CFO of a boutique private equity firm, CFO of an Arizona Homebuilding Company ($100 million plus in revenues) and vice president of finance for a national capital company that managed institution pension funds.
Prior to joining the Kno2, Ron served as the senior managing director of Resolute Commercial Services providing high-level distress guidance for Resolute’s clients requiring restructure or navigation through Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. Ron also served as the managing partner of Verde Capital Group, LLC leading investment strategy, asset management, and due diligence and underwriting for Verde’s investments.
Ron currently serves as a Director on the Board and is the Chairman of the Finance Committee of HMC Consolidated, Inc., an 11 hospital system located in Kansas City, MO.
