Mike Snow is the Director of Platform Operations at Kno2. With a strong background in engineering, Mike brings an expertise that serves as the linchpin between our technical team and customers. In his role, he is committed to optimizing the support for our platform, ensuring that our services run smoothly, and customers’ needs are promptly addressed.
Mike is a mission-driven leader, focused on growing elite technology organizations centered around the DevSecOps philosophy. He has spent over twenty years across a variety of industries as a hands-on engineer. His primary focus has been as a software engineer; however, he has worn many hats such as architect, system administrator, trainer, technical writer, and manager.
Prior to Kno2, Mike spent several years working for a top-15 health system, leading a dev team, participating in a variety of architecture and governance groups, and championing a cross-functional DevSecOps Community of Practice. In addition to Healthcare, Mike has also worked as an Engineer in Agriculture, Tax, and Social Services.
