Mark is the Founder and CEO of SourcEdge Solutions –a healthcare technology services company. He brings over 30years of healthcare technology and executive leadership to partner with clients to solve strategic business and technology challenges. Mark is a serial entrepreneur having started fivehealthcareIT companies, including HealthQxa private equity backed, Value Based Care analytics firm–acquired by McKesson in 2016 and IntelliSource Solutions–acquired by DST in 2011. Mark launched SourcEdge –a healthcare IT / Consulting firm –in 2018. Mark is active in the venture capital community and is currently aboard member with Health Enterprise Partners –a leading healthcare private equity firm in New York.
Mark is a board member at Neuroflow, a leading digital behavioral health platform, and a board member for Kno2, a leading healthcare interoperability technology company. Mark began his career at IBM where he was a regional sales manager prior to his role as Director of Business Development, reporting to the President of IBM’s healthcare division. Mark holds a B.S.Degree in Business Administration from Drexel University where he is currently a Member of the Board of Trustees of the University and Vice Chairman of the Board of Drexel University’s LeBow College of Business. He also holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
