Meet Matthew Harp, our Manager of Client Activation! Matthew heads up all onboarding as well as acts as the bridge for support to the engineering team. We’re thankful to have Matthew as a valued member of the Kno2 team!

What do you do at Kno2?

I’m the manager of client activation and pretty much exactly what the title says. I head up all onboarding as well as act as the bridge for support to the engineering team.

What’s your ‘why’ for working at Kno2 or in healthcare technology in general?

I think the end goal, really. I think all of us have experienced some of the pains that the medical system has, especially with data and communication flowing back and forth. Definitely firsthand with some family members. So, the reason that I work here is to try to make others’ lives easier when they are going through something in the medical system.

What would you sing at karaoke night?

I believe in a thing called love. I think that’s it by journey or the darkness. That’s that that’s a classic. And you do have to use a lot of voice inflections, so I’ll definitely embarrass myself. I have one time. We don’t have to talk about that, though.

Can you name one thing you love and one thing you hate?

One thing I love is golf and one thing that I hate is playing poorly while golfing.

Would you be friends with yourself? Why or why not?

If I could, I would believe yes, I would be friends with myself because I try to never give somebody a reason not to like me. So yeah, I think it would work out.

What is the favorite room in your house and why?

We just got this house a few months ago. This room is going to be my favorite because we’re going to turn it into a game room slash retro bar back in that area. That’s the project to come, though. So, I’m going to go with the bathroom because it has the shower. And our shower is awesome.

If you could be a superhero, what would be your ideal superpower?

Flying. I mean, inherently, the ability to fly would solve so many problems for any given person. Yeah, so we’ll keep it simple and stick with flying.
