Our May Employee Spotlight is Madeline Crawford, Kno2’s Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and Marketing dedicated to channel marketing to drive revenue generation. We had the privilege of meeting Madi through one of our eSigning partners, where we were able to collaborate with her and execute on joint demand generation initiatives that fed a lead funnel for sales. Madi has settled right into the Kno2 family and is bringing amazing discipline and scale to revenue operations and blowing out channel engagement. We are excited for you to get to know her.
What do you do at Kno2?
I’m the Sr. Manager of Revenue Operations and Marketing and I work closely with our business development team to create and implement new processes, both internal and external. These processes are being developed to operationalize our go-to-market efforts with our partners. I also work closely with our channel partners on various marketing efforts for their internal teams and clients.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day?
I love having the opportunity to bridge the communication gaps between patients and providers. Each day, I am grateful to be part of the Kno2 team and find great motivation in working for a company that is relentlessly committed to streamlining and improving patient and family experiences.
What do you enjoy most outside of work?
I enjoy working out on my Peloton and traveling with my friends and family! My husband and I both work remotely, so we try to travel at least once a month and work from new locations. We’re excited to spend a month working and exploring Sante Fe this summer!
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I’ve been a vegetarian for 20 years!
