BOISE, Idaho and SARASOTA, Fla., Oct. 26, 2016 – Kno2™, the company that optimizes patient document exchange for everyone in healthcare, has announced that CoCENTRIX, Inc. has selected Kno2’s interoperability platform for patient document exchange to drive enhanced clinical outcomes and Meaningful Use Stage 3 compliance support for its customers. CoCENTRIX, which was recently acquired by Canada-based N. Harris Computer Corporation, offers an electronic health record (EHR), practice management and case management solutions across health and human services, education and other community services providers.

CoCENTRIX’s flagship product, the CoCENTRIX Coordinated Care Platform (CoCENTRIXccp), is an ONC-ACB certified EHR that automates clinical, financial and operational workflows to efficiently deliver full spectrum health and human services (HHS). The partnership with Kno2 further strengthens CoCENTRIX’s ability to provide continuity in care across the consumer’s health records in HHS, primary care, corrections and education—facilitating the delivery of a multi-agency, multi-provider and multi-level clinical integration model.
Previously faced with incorporating hybrid models required by providers still using traditional fax, CoCENTRIX’s customers can now leverage the Kno2-powered secure digital exchange platform, offering cloud fax, Direct message, document query and other advanced exchange methods, to improve clinical efficiencies and care coordination across the CoCENTRIX care network.
