Our April Employee Spotlight is Logan Dolezal, Kno2’s Senior Financial Analyst who heads Kno2’s Analytical Team. When it comes to accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, Logan is a wiz! This past year Logan has accomplished many items including beginning to build his team with the hire of a new Financial Analyst and building out business intelligence with visibility into the Kno2 platform, utilization over the Kno2 network, executive leadership assistance on company financials, and tracking trends and comparisons. Logan also played a pivotal role in the implementation of Kno2’s Oracle NetSuite ERP.
What do you do at Kno2?
At Kno2, I am responsible for maintaining various models to support our FP&A activities, analyzing usage metrics for billing and adoption, and assisting the rest of the team with various ad-hoc reporting.
What motivates you to wake up and go to work every day?
The consistent support from our leadership team that has allowed me to improve my professional skills and continue to develop multiple career paths.
What do you enjoy most outside of work?
What do you enjoy most outside of work?Music! I’m a touring musician who has been able to travel and play the drums with multiple artists across the United States and Europe. This summer, I’ll be playing SoWhat? Festival in Dallas, TX and Summerfest in Milwaukee, WI.
What’s something most people don’t know about you?
I finished my undergrad degree a year early!
