Lauren leads efforts across teams to strengthen how Kno2 operates, from partner onboarding and compliance to revenue operations and internal execution. Her work focuses on building clear processes, reliable systems, and accountability across the organization so teams can move quickly while maintaining consistency and control.
Before joining Kno2, Lauren held leadership roles in healthcare operations and business transformation, where she led large-scale initiatives to improve performance, manage complex contract portfolios, and support enterprise growth. Her background spans both clinical and operational environments, giving her a practical understanding of how healthcare organizations function.
