Kno2 is now integrated to PointClickCare

We LOVE Kno2! The seamless integration into PCC makes the nurse’s work so much lighter. Now our staff does not need to go the centralized fax machine to check constantly. Strangely we have seen a resurgence in faxing and obviously email is not secure enough for HIPAA. We review the fax in Kno2 and with 1 or 2 clicks we put the document into PCC. This reduces time for case managers and our admissions process for the social services staff. We don’t have to track documents down and the workflow is so flexible and more efficient. With the digital process we have eliminated paper and any doubt about “Where are the documents?” so we can spend more time with our residents. We are thankful for the work you do!

The Kno2 integration to PointClickCare has been very helpful for us! We are now getting instant access to our referrals in Kno2 instead of waiting for all those pages of a fax to come through. It has been especially helpful on evenings and weekends when we are not at work to be able to see when important faxes come through. Finally, being able to upload the documents right into PointClickCare saves time and saves from making copies for everyone! Everyone knows where to look for the information…no more clutter on our desks or folders! Yay!
