As Vice President of Sales at Kno2, Rich Piper is responsible for attracting and expanding Kno2’s channel partner program. He is focused on formulating and executing business approaches to maximize profitability, capture incremental market share and drive partner loyalty in complex and competitive climates.
Rich brings more than 30 years of business building and office imaging expertise to Kno2. He is known throughout the industry as an expert in helping channel partners grow revenue, while providing significant value to their customers and their communities at large.
Rich comes to Kno2 after serving as part-owner, president and CEO of FMAudit, where he led the strategic growth initiatives internationally. In addition, he served as national director of Managed Print Services (MPS) at IKON Office Solutions and later Ricoh Corporation. While there, he built the MPS program from the ground up; operationalizing their go-to-market strategy, as well as developing and managing the Western Region operation.
